PreKindergarten 2 ½-Year Olds

Mrs. Hunter hails from Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Auburn University and earned a degree in early childhood education. After graduating from Auburn, Mrs. Hunter began her teaching career as a military spouse and taught at Fort Benning, GA. For the last 15 years, she has taught at each location they have lived as a military family. She is grateful for the opportunity to be stationed at Fort Leavenworth and teach at St. Paul Lutheran School.

About Mrs. Hunter – My husband, Ben, is an active duty military officer and has served for 19 years. We have three daughters. Addie is a soccer player, Lilli is a dancer, and Cami is a gymnast. We love being a military family, serving our country, and meeting lots of new people everywhere we live.

What do you like to do in your spare time? We are a very active family. I love to spend time with my family and supporting them in their busy activities. I also love to run and workout with my husband.

What does St. Paul Lutheran mean to you? St. Paul is an excellent way for my family and me to interact in a Christian environment and community while living here in Leavenworth.

The best part about following Jesus is… having an impactful and purpose-driven life. I love to grow and learn more about him every day and teach others about Him.
